Every order ships within 1–3 business days, authentication included.
Processing
Orders ship within 1–3 business days. That window already includes our in-house authentication — there's no extra hold time on top of it.
Shipping rates & delivery
- Free shipping on orders $150+. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $11.99.
- United States: 3–5 business days, tracked.
- International: 5–10 business days, tracked, with duties prepaid where available. Rates calculated at checkout.
Returns — 14 days
You can return any pair within 14 days of delivery for any reason, as long as it is unworn and in its original packaging (box, laces, tags, and any included accessories). Email support@vaultofficial.io with your order number to get a Return Authorization before shipping anything back.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. You purchase and provide your own return shipping label — we don't issue prepaid labels, and original shipping charges aren't refunded. Use a tracked, insured service: the pair is your responsibility until it reaches us and passes inspection. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Condition standard & restocking fees
Returns must arrive in brand-new, resalable condition: unworn, never worn outdoors, no creasing, scuffing, sole wear, or odor, and complete in the original undamaged box with all laces, tags, inserts, and accessories. Don't use the shoe box as the shipping box.
Every return is photographed and inspected on arrival. If it doesn't meet that standard, a restocking fee is deducted from your refund:
- Up to 10% — damaged, missing, or shipping-labeled box, or missing laces/accessories
- Up to 25% — visible signs of wear or try-on beyond a brief indoor fitting
- Rejected, no refund — worn, altered, customized, or not the item originally shipped. The pair is returned to you at your expense.
We'll share the inspection photos supporting any deduction on request.
Damaged or not as described — 7 days
If your pair arrives damaged or does not match the listing, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. You choose the outcome: a full refund or a replacement — and in this case we cover the return shipping.
Authenticity guarantee (separate from returns)
Our authenticity guarantee is lifetime and has no expiration — it is not limited by the 14-day return window. If any pair is ever proven inauthentic, we refund you in full. Free in-house authentication is standard on every order; a printed, signed Certificate of Authenticity can be added in the cart for $5.
