We verify the correct box variant, size label, SKU, and included accessories match the exact release.
Certified & tagged
Each authenticated pair ships with a Sneaker Vault Official verification tag before leaving our hub. Authentication is free on every order.
Guaranteed for life
Our authenticity guarantee is lifetime with no expiration, separate from the 14-day return window. If a pair is ever proven inauthentic, we refund the full purchase price.
Our promise
Sneakers are the culture. Fakes ruin it. That's why authentication is the core of the Vault — not an add-on, and never an extra charge. Every order is authenticated in-house for free.
Lifetime guarantee — separate from returns
Our authenticity guarantee has no expiration. It is a distinct policy from our 14-day return window: if any pair you buy from us is ever proven inauthentic, we refund you in full, no matter how long ago you bought it.
Printed Certificate of Authenticity — $5 (optional)
Free in-house authentication is standard on every order. The $5 add-on is only for a printed, signed certificate you can keep for your records or pass along at resale. Add it in the cart before checkout — it is off by default.
If something's wrong
If a pair arrives damaged or not as described, report it within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number for a full refund or replacement — your choice, with return shipping on us. Change of heart? Return any unworn pair in its original packaging within 14 days; those returns are customer-paid, so you provide your own return shipping label.
Sourcing & brand relationship
Every item we sell is a genuine, brand-manufactured product, sourced from authorized retailers, verified wholesale partners, and vetted individual sellers on the secondary market. We do not sell replicas, "unauthorized authentic" pairs, customs, or reproductions of any kind, and we do not list products using terms such as knock-off, replica, imitation, clone, or mirror image.
